I appreciated the well-equipped mini kitchen and the cozy sitting area—it made our stay much more comfortable and home-like.
The only drawback was the thin mattresses, which didn't provide much support for a good night's sleep.

Really enjoyed my stay! The room was spacious, with a mini kitchen and separate bathroom. Loved the nearby Sanjo market and Nijo Castle, just a short walk away. The only downside was the bed-took a night to get used to it!

the location is fairly decent, I guess, but the internet connection was the absolute worst I've encountered, almost unbearable. and don't even get me started on the communication, it felt like i was being spammed with 26 emails. I woudl ve expected a complimentary gift for all the trouble, but I just couldn’t get that too.

Recommend it for families
Had a nice time at this place. It was handy having our own space for meals when we didn't eat out. I was shocked by the local restaurants nearby, top quality at cheap prices, felt like I was back in my chemistry lab cooking up something exciting. The best part was the rooms were spacious enough for all of us, and we all had room to breathe, which is rare.
Accommodations weren’t super cheap but acceptable for what we got.

I stayed for 5 nights in the Signature Twin, Nonsmoking. The room was super comfy with the beds being a standout for me! It was nice having two chairs and a little table—perfect for evening tea. The area was quiet and charming, which I loved. Plus, the washer/dryer on-site was handy. The only bummer was that it felt a bit tight when trying to maneuver bags around.

Loved the spacious layout with a mini kitchen and separate bathroom. The location is perfect with nearby local shops and restaurants. The overall cleanliness really stood out during our stay.
The beds were softer than a marshmallow, making it tough to sleep initially. Also, finding the place was an amusing adventure that required Michael Scott-level navigational skills.
